The 3rd square to be released in the Hodgepodge Granny Square crochet along uses the blossom stitch to create the 1st lacy granny square pattern used in this blanket.

This stitch is a favourite amongst those who love a lacy look without losing shape of their project. It works well when used for cardigans, blankets and many more projects as the single crochet stitches within the stitch pattern give structure to the crochet fabric.
