Granny C2C Blanket Pattern

Fiona Field • Feb 19, 2021

This easy Granny C2C blanket pattern creates a cosy and snuggly crochet baby blanket! It's created using the granny stitch, corner to corner crochet technique (C2C) which allows this blanket to be a quick and easy crochet project! The pattern below is for a crochet baby blanket, but it is also available as a crochet throw pattern and a lapghan blanket pattern too!

I love the quote "those that sleep under a crochet blanket, are comforted by love". It gives me all the fuzzy feelings when I think about those that I have gifted a blanket too.

A crochet blanket is always a well received gift, whatever the age of the recipient! This is why that this granny C2C blanket pattern is also available to purchase in 3 other standard blanket sizes!

I chose to make this crochet baby blanket with is PaintBox Yarns Chunky Pots as it is a variegated yarn and comes in a wide range of colours to choose from. The corner to corner technique really makes the most of the colours in the yarn, plus there are less ends to weave in as the yarn does the colour changing for you!
