Bittersweet Margaret Crochet Bralette Top | Premium Crochet Patterns

This easy to follow crochet bralette top pattern is available sizes XS through to 5XL plus the written instructions for the bra cups are for sizes A-F. The size chart below details the all the sizing for your reference.

I was inspired to design a bralette top that allowed those for a fuller chest after seeing so many people requesting ideas about how to make them a better fit in various Facebook groups.

The flair of the lower top and is empire line creates a flattering top that is lightweight for the summer and the peephole chevron is ideal to allow you to stripe the pattern.

The pattern works up quickly and has detail instructions on how to line the cups for added support and prevent the dreaded nip slips associated with bralette tops. You can also chose the length of the lower part of the top from waist length through to a full dress!

Crochet Bralette Sizing

The chart below shows you the sizing for the under bust band and estimation on how much yarn you'll need per size.

Grab your tape measure, and check your measurement to confirm the amount of yarn you'll need to make your own cute crochet bralette top.

The under bust band is sized to fit the smallest measurement to allow for some stretching during wear. It's worth noting that the that the bra band will loosen once your top is worn, which is the nature of cotton yarn.

Inspirational Images!

As always, this pattern would not be complete without the help of my fabulous pattern testers. They have helped me ensure that the pattern is correctly sized for all along with ensuring that the pattern can be easily followed regardless of your crochet skill level.

Below, you will find the photos of just 3 of my beautiful testers who have kindly shared pictures of their finished projects to inspire us with their colours choices they made.

I'm so pleased with how well this pattern has captured the vintage feel of the 1950's!!
